Today I wanted to do the same video I tried first to see how much I have improved since the beginning. I looked at my first blog about Pilates and re-read my goals again. I said I wanted to “strengthen my core” and “to be able to do the moves with proper form”. Right now I can definitely tell that my core is stronger than before and I am seeing more definition in my abs. I am still working on my form as it is hard to do at home rather than in a class because you are not getting feedback from a teacher. This video was a lot easier this time around. I find that one of the challenges I am facing with this recreational activity is it is getting harder to find the motivation to workout at home, so I wish I was working out more often. This week I really want to focus on increasing the amount of time I am exercising. It is nice because it is a new month so it gives me the determination to improve even more.
