Alecia,

Thank you for sharing that personal story about your driving experience. I could not imagine learning to drive a standard vehicle. It is quite a challenge so I commend you for that. After reading about your experience using a behaviourist approach through repetition and feedback it made me realize a behaviourist approach to learning is useful in certain situations. I think back to my own experience with learning how to drive and the only way I got better at it was to continue to consistently drive everywhere. I was lucky enough to have driving lessons, and if it was not for those I think it would have taken me much longer because my mom rarely let me drive. I also think having a patient, and supportive teacher makes the world of a difference.
