This week’s Pilates video was another long one. It was the longest one I have done so far as it was 1 hour. I did another “Move with Nicole” video, this one was titled:

1 HOUR FULL BODY WORKOUT || Full Length Intermediate Pilates Class.

I decided I wanted an intermediate video because since I have been doing Pilates for 3 months now so I definitely felt like I could handle the challenge. This one really felt long, although the music she played in the background did add a relaxing and calming vibe even though I was dying. I realized I like Pilates, but I like doing a small amount of it while incorporating other exercises as well. I did feel super refreshed and like I got one of the best workouts in a while but I felt tired later in the day (I did this workout in the morning). I like working out in the mornings better than I do at night though because it really sets up my day and I am more productive.
