I tried Pilates for the first time a couple of days ago and it was actually quite hard. You need to have a lot of strength in your core as a lot of it is based on using your abs. I think one of my goals throughout this would be: I want to strengthen my core. Another goal of mine is to be able to do the moves with proper form. Right now I am just introducing it to my workout plan so I am struggling on the form.
