My hobbies are what keep me grounded and sane during my busy days. They include journaling, exercising, connecting with God, working on myself whether that’s positive affirmations or goal setting for the month. I also like to try new healthy recipes that I find online. Some are attached below! I also like watching youtube and listening to podcasts. I also love to hang out with my friends as I am an extrovert.
