Today I decided to pick a Pilates video from a fitness Youtuber who I know and have watched her other videos in the past. Her name is Sarah and she is super successful. I liked how there was another person in the video which kept me motivated the whole time. I also really liked how she presents her videos and I liked how it was only 20 minutes as it felt like it flew by.  I am not sure if it is because I am getting stronger in my core or if it was because the video was short or a mix of both. I definitely can tell I am improving because I could complete and hold each exercise until she was done. Next time I am going to try a video that is longer and see how I feel. I love how I feel after I am done with these videos. I feel so satisfied, especially today when I noticed an improvement in my core.
