I found pilates and yoga to be super similar and I wanted to try a class to compare it to pilates. I was looking into different yoga videos and I found a couple that helps with digestion which is super interesting to me because I have really bad digestion due to this stomach infection I have. So today I decided I wanted to do a yoga video that had to do with digestion. I am now wondering what else is yoga good for? Does it actually help with digestion if you continue to do it?

This was so cool. I do not think my stomach really felt different afterward but the moves she was doing definitely were beneficial for your digestion.

Some of the moves we did in this class are similar to Pilates moves. I think both are resistance-based exercises and they focus more on balance and strength rather than endurance like in running or spinning.

I will further my research into why they are so similar.
